The Miss Hannah Fund The Miss Hannah Fund was created from F.A.C.T.’s experiences with birth mothers who need financial support as well as emotional. This fund will help with the essentials: rent, car payments, gas for appointments, food, etc. The fund will also be available to potential adoptive parents for help with legal fees or unexpected fees associated with an adoption through F.A.C.T. Miss Hannah was born in January 2009. She is the beloved daughter of a young woman who chose for Hannah to have opportunities she was not able to provide. This birth mother came to Families And Children Together, searching for a couple who could provide a safe and nurturing home for her child. F.A.C.T. was able to match this woman with a potential adoptive couple and wonderful things began to happen! An incredibly supportive bond was created where the birth mother felt completely at peace about her decision to place her child for adoption. The birth mother and the adoptive couple shared all stages of the pregnancy, including a baby shower and the amazing birth of Miss Hannah! Since Hannah’s birth, she has traveled to many places including Florida, where she celebrated her 1st birthday at Disney World! Hannah is surrounded by loving grandparents, neighbors, friends, and her two kitties. Hannah is very happy to share highlights of her life with her birth mother, which include pictures and short visits in the community, accompanied by her adoptive parents. Hannah’s family is delighted with this fund.
