Our Adoption program is commited to working with
             families before and after they bring a child into their family.

                       
                        While we are not currently placing infants or
                        children in adoptive families, we are offering the
                        following services:

                        Pre-placement home studies for families working
                        with an out of state agency or who are adopting a
                        child from the State of Maine's child welfare system.
                        F.A.C.T. works cooperatively with other agencies to 
                        provide the home-study and all other related
                        requirements. The home-study process also includes
                        all required post-adoption updates and post-adoption
                        support.


                         Our home-study fee is $2,000.
                         This fee can be paid in three installments.

                        Our social workers are licensed in the State of Maine
                        and understand all aspects of the adoption process.
